The outside terrace restaurant offers a diverse and refined culinary experience marrying home-grown fruits, vegetables and herbs along with poultry eggs and milk from the farm, as well as fresh seafood from the surrounding waters. Most nights guests are offered a five-course menu, but theme evenings are also organised, such as a Creole night and a Japanese night showcasing the sushi chef’s demonstration of live cooking with fresh ingredients.
